Purchased items may be collected directly from the studio or I ask for a Carriage Contribution of £4.95 if items are needed to be posted.

At DebsLoveArt, I pride myself on customer service and product quality. I aim for all of my orders to leave the sudio as quickly as possible. As my scented products are all hand poured please allow 3-5 working days for items to arrive ( 7-10 days for the bespoke products)

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, I will be happy to refund the cost following its return. Please note they must be unused. I am unable to refund shipping costs.

All of my products are carefully wrapped and protected but if items arrive damaged or are lost during shipping, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

If the item is out of stock you will be refunded.
